DRAWING ON THE BUS
I collected old postcards from thrift stores. I placed them in an envelope titled 'Vacation Destination.' When I rode the bus I would take one out and uncap a Sharpie marker and place it in the middle of the postcard. As the bus stopped and swayed, jerked and slid- the Sharpie did too. These drawings serve as a record of my daily commute- the least exciting of trips- marked on top of an image representing the most exciting of trips... the ones where you stop and buy postcards... This project is documented as a blog.
